Privacy policy

When you apply for representation to Pangolily Limited we potentially collect certain data from you

1. Your email address
2. Your Spotlight link
3. IMDB link
4. Any other information in the Notes section that you fill in.

This data is only collected and used to process and contact you about your application.

We would never pass on or sell your information to other organisations and businesses.

We contact you directly to follow-up on your request. We will keep your information whilst you are going through the application process. Any data is then deleted once this process is complete (we have a separate Privacy Policy for Clients that have signed with us)
For applications that you chose not to pursue, we will delete all associated data after 3 months. Should you want your data deleted before this, just contact office@pangolily.co.uk and let us know.
