Pangolily Talent Management is a London centric boutique acting agency that represents actors and performers that work across TV, film, stage, and commercials.
Our actors embody passion, drive, and talent. What makes a Pangolily client isn’t always discernible. Hi! I’m Anna
My background is in business where I worked for over 25 years (hey! It’s not polite to ask a lady her age you know)
I moved to becoming an acting agent in 2018 and haven’t looked back since.
I’ve had the great honour of being able to phone my clients to tell them they’ll be working with people like Sir Kenneth Branagh or Josh Hartnett or Gal Gadot (I mean, seriously, are you kidding me ?!)
My clients have appeared at the National Theatre, in Netflix movies and series, been on stage at The Globe, had roles in some of the biggest TV franchises.
My clients and I are a team
This idea underpins everything for which Pangolily stands.
Yes I submit actors for TV, film, stage, and commercial castings. As all agents do. But I also work with and for my clients in another ways;
- I look after the T&Cs and contracts for any and all jobs (even expenses only) so that the actor can focus on lines and character rather than worrying about whether rehearsals are paid, or whether accommodation is included. My clients don’t have to worry about being on their own or having no-one to ask.
- I coach my clients. We have one to ones, I share data and we talk about strategy and actions that can help them get to their goals. You know how you never heard from that last agent? Or they were impossible to get hold of? That’s not how I work. If my client wants a catch up we put one in the diary for the next available opportunity
This comes at a price…
I expect my clients to be very active in their career. Sitting back, doing a day job and waiting for an email about a self tape or an audition is not where it’s at, frankly.
Pangolily clients implement what we talk about in our meetings. Acting is something that is top of their priorities; they will do what it takes to make it happen for them.
At Pangolily Talent Management we also have those difficult conversations and leave the “you were fabulous darling, we’ll call you” nonsense to other people
How Pangolily is different
I’m not an ex actor. My background is in Strategy and Leadership. I love analysis and data. I can interpret those to help see what is often very hidden amongst the noise.
Entertainment is an industry.
It’s a business.
They didn’t create the MCU because the story of Thor needed to be told. They did it to make gagillions of dollars (super technical term)
But so many actors think this industry is different. Full of elves and pixies and eskimos.

I hate to be the one to break it to you but this is an incredibly competitive industry. Only the people that work at it will get anywhere.
